“I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake; and remembers your sins no more.” Isa. 43:25.

“Remember this: If you have made mistakes, you certainly gain a victory if you see these mistakes and regard them as beacons of warning. Thus you turn defeat into victory, disappointing the enemy and honoring your Redeemer.” COL 332.

“But now listen, O Jacob, my servant, Israel, whom I have chosen. This is what the LORD says — He who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you: Do not be afraid, O Jacob, my servant…. I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring and my blessing on your descendants…. Do not tremble, do not be afraid. Did I not proclaim this and foretell it long ago? You are my witnesses. Is there any God besides me? No, there is no other Rock; I know not one.” Isa. 44:1, 2, 8.

“When dark clouds come between your soul and God, when all around you is dark and forbidding,..then it is time to pray and exercise faith in God…. Cherishing faith, the soul is enabled to rise beyond itself, and penetrate the hellish shadow which the enemy casts athwart the pathway of every soul that is striving for an immortal crown….

“We are to watch and pray just as long as Satan brings up clouds of unbelief…. Never let go of faith. It may triumph amid discouragement, gaining victory after victory.” OHC 126.

“Everyone who seeks to follow the path of duty will at times be assailed by doubt and unbelief. The way will sometimes be so barred by obstacles, apparently insurmountable, as to dishearten those who will yield to discouragement. But God is saying to such, Go forward. Do your duty at any cost. The difficulties that seem so formidable, that fill your soul with dread, will vanish as you move forward in the path of obedience, humbly trusting in God.” PK 437.

“Remember these things, O Jacob, for you are my servant, O Israel. I have made you, you are my servant; O Israel, I will not forget you. I have swept away your offenses like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.” Isa. 44:21, 22.
